Fresh Water, no ice

This is an exciting time of year. We are all anxious to get out on the water as I'm sure a lot of other people are. Being as there was just a thick layer of ice on the water, we want to remind you that the water is cold. Please remember your PFD. It is not cool to be cold. If you happen to capsize, you have a very limited time before you get hypothermic. We can help you with proper gear and also talk about some safety tips and you can even join us in a class to improve your technique to reduce the chances of capsizing. See you on the water!
